Mix 500g flour, 1package east (swedish: yäst), 250ml warm milk with a small spoon of sugar and put it to a warmplace for 15min, so that the dough grows little bigger.
Then add 50-80g butter or oil, 80g sugar, 1 egg and a little bit salt and mix it again very good. Put it to a warmplace again and let it grow for 1/2hour. Finally put it to a backing tray.
If you want,put fruits on the dough (such as cherries, apples, apricots,…)
For the topping mix 300g flour, 150g sugar, 150-200g butter (the dough has to be dry, in big pieces) and 1 package of vanille sugar. put it in small pieces over the fruits.
Back it 15-20min with 200°C on top-bottom heat.
